Vernon Barker Cycles have specialized in the manufacture of top quality custom built solo and tandem bicycles for almost 30 years. We have vast experience in the construction of frames for racing, touring, ATB and tandems. Vernon is a qualified metallurgical engineer and can give a level of advice not available from other frame builders.

Frames are built to customer specification using any of the currently available tubesets including Reynolds, Columbus, Dedacciai etc.

A range of pre-built touring and Audax  frames and bicycles are stocked which cater for the needs of customers who require a bike or frame at short notice and without the price premium associated with custom building.  

Complete bicycles can be built entirely to your specification using components from any of the worlds top manufacturers including Campagnolo, Shimano, Mavic and Hope etc. 

A comprehensive respray, repair and renovation service is offered for all types of frames including Titanium and Aluminium.
